Zalando needed to transform its general antitrust training into something people would actually engage with. The existing material was comprehensive but not built for visual storytelling or sustained attention. The goal was to convert non language specific compliance content into a clear, compelling gamified animated experience that maintained a professional tone while increasing accessibility and retention. All within a concise format.
The Partnership
Working closely with Zalando, we took their foundational scenarios and scripts and reimagined them for screen. Our team developed a cohesive creative direction aligned with Zalando’s brand guidelines, producing custom illustrations and a distinct 2D animation style designed for clarity and consistency. From high quality animation and polished transitions to carefully selected background music and sound design, every element was crafted to elevate the learning experience. We then prepared the final video and supporting assets for seamless deployment within Articulate 360.
The Impact
By translating complex antitrust principles into engaging visual narratives, the training became easier to follow and more memorable. Animation created space for real world scenarios to unfold in a relatable way, helping teams better understand both the risks and responsibilities involved. The result was a learning experience designed to hold attention and strengthen long term knowledge retention.
